What is the turnaround time for my product?

-This will vary depending on your product. An estimated time frame will be included in the description of each product before you checkout. However, my CURRENT turnaround time will be posted on my website and can change daily all depending on incoming orders.

Where do I send my photos/files for a customized product?

-All photos and files will need to be sent to my email address provided on the product description. Please included your FIRST and LAST NAME on the subject line ONLY.

Do you accept returns?

-I do not accept returns. Refunds may be issued, and this will vary on a case-to-case scenario. Please be sure to read all information to know exactly what you are ordering to avoid this type of situation.

Do you offer any discounts?

I love to give back to those who have supported my small business and will occasionally offer discounts varying on seasons/special occasions. This information will be available on my homepage bar at the very top. Please be sure to subscribe via email to not miss any upcoming offers!

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Bulk orders are anything considered over 20 items. Please email me with any questions you have to get this started.

What is sublimation?

The technical definition would be Sublimation is the transition of a substance directly from the solid to the gas state, without passing through the liquid state.

In simpler words, this a process that is used with special ink, paper and printer. Pressed with heat onto a specific product or material. The ink is infused into the material via heat, verses just laying on top on the product like vinyl or heat transfer vinyl. This allows for a longer lasting product.

Are your products dishwasher or launder safe?

Each product that I have listed will require special care. You can find the specifics in each product description. I also include a “how to care card” in all packaged items.

What are your products made out of?

• My products are made out of numerous materials. The main material I use is Epoxy Resin/UV Resin. This is what makes all tumblers and accessories like pens and badge reels SHINY and durable!
